We design and retrofit existing thread grinders to meet today's demanding technological challenges and standards. The big difference between our retrofits and others is in the software. It took us over 2 years to develop the software, taking all details into consideration, to provide functionality and ease of use for the operator. This was only possible by coupling hands-on-experience in thread grinding and software engineering, and knowledge of constructing theoretical mathematical models. This combination enabled us to create a software that is truly universal.

Our machines have the following features:

1. ability to produce any thread form and thread size using a rotary diamond roll to dress the grinding wheel (a menu of standards is provided along with a custom thread form option to produce any size and shape imaginable)
2. any piece part profile can be thread ground (straight, tapered, radiused or a combination of any of these up to 10 segments)
3. tool compensation and automatic tracking of diameter and position of thread grinding wheel
4. program for helical thread grinding includes automatic calculation and execution of any lead generation with automatic indexing for multi-start piece parts
5. program for annular groove thread grinding includes automatic calculation and execution of radii on specified chamfered threads
6. computer controlled and completely servo driven with resolution capability of 0.000010"
7. ballscrew and ballnut assembly for axes' translation
